YuMOVE Trial Promotion Terms and Conditions
Please note that YuMOVE Trial Products are sold at a promotional price, offering a 30% discount off the current RRP of the YuMOVE product range available in this Promotion.
By registering for a YuMOVE product trial pack (“Trial Product”), you agree to participate in the YuMOVE Trial promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
This Promotion is operated by Lintbells Inc. (“Promoter”) registered at United States is located at Westshore International Plaza, 2202 N West Shore Blvd, Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33607 and includes its affiliates.
Promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promotion entitles you to one Trial Product.
2. Trial Product includes one of the two products: YuMove Daily Soft Chews or YuMove Chewable Tablets.
3. You need to fill out our online form to determine which Trial Product is best suited for your pet.
4.Trial Product most suited for your the pet is determined in accordance with the following criteria:
4.1. YuMOVE Chewable Tablets are recommended to all the dogs, in accordance with the following feeding guidelines:
- For a dog weighing between 0-35lbs, a 60 pack size, providing 30 days’ dose (2 tablets per day).
- For a dog weighing between 36-65lbs, a 120 pack size, providing 30 days’ dose (4 tablets per day).
- For a dog weighing between 66-100lbs, a 120 pack size, providing 20 days’ dose (6 tablets per day).
- For a dog weighing over 100lbs, a 120 pack size, providing 15 days’ dose (8 tablets per day).
4.2. YuMOVE Daily Soft Chews (also known as YuMOVE Joint Health Supplement One-A-Day) are recommended to dogs who are “picky eaters”, in accordance with the following pack size and feeding guidelines:
- For a dog weighing between 0-35lbs, a small medium pack size of 60 tablets providing 30 days’ dose (2 tablets per day)
- For a dog weighing between 36-65lbs, a small medium pack size of 60 tablets providing 15 days’ dose (4 tablets per day).
- For a dog weighing between 66-100lbs, a large/extra-large pack size of 60 tablets providing 30 days’ dose (2 tablets per day).
- For a dog weighing over 100lbs, a large/extra-large pack size of 60 tablets providing 15 days’ dose (4 tablets per day).
5. Trial Product promotional price is calculated by applying a 30% discount to a current RRP of the YuMOVE products offered in this Promotion.
6.Trial Product promotional price is calculated and shown to you upon completion of the online form, once the Trial product has been determined for your pet. Trial Product promotional price will also be shown once you add Trial Product to your basket, by clicking “Try now”.
7. Free delivery is included with a Trial Product.
8. Internet access is required to participate.
9. Trial Products are limited to one per household.
10. Trial Products cannot be sold separately, resold or exchanged.
11. Trial Products are only available to new customers and customers who have not registered for a Promotion previously.
12. Promotion is open for entry to residents of United States only, over 16 years, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with or involved in the Promotion.
13. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase their entries for this Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of this Promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any Trial Products awarded will be void.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Trial Product, or seek its recovery, in the event of a customer's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, misdirected or incomplete submissions, or effects of hackers, failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information or any technical or human error which may occur in processing the entries. Proof of submitting an entry is not is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
16. The Promoter are not responsible for any entry, generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Promotion, as solely determined by the Promoter, will be disqualified.
17. The Trial Product is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
18. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if, for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated Trial Product is no longer available. The Promoter reserves the right to award a different Trial Product of equivalent value.
19. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.

21. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Middle District of Florida for the resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.
22. “YuMOVE” is a branded product of the Promoter. Promoter reserves all rights in relation to intellectual property used in this Promotion, whether, in regard to, Promoter’s products, product names or any of the promotional materials used.
23.Privacy Notice: All information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be treated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and Lintbells Privacy Policy.
