How to get your money back

If you’ve tried a product for at least 6 weeks, talked it through with us, and still haven’t seen a difference, we’re really sorry.

You’ll need to return the product by mail – with your proof of purchase and any unused part of the product or the empty containers – and we’ll refund the purchase price, minus shipping and handling costs. 

This goodwill gesture does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty or mis-described products.
